# PMO Pilot > PMO Pilot is an AI add-in for Microsoft PowerPoint (Windows, Mac and PowerPoint for the web). It turns project status notes, emails, meeting transcripts and Excel/CSV plans into editable timelines, roadmaps, Gantt charts and 32 program-management diagrams (IPS board, critical path network, RACI, fishbone, risk heat map, stage-gate and more), drawn as native PowerPoint shapes. When dates change it updates the slide and keeps the user's manual tweaks (Smart-Lock). Website: https://getpmopilot.com/ Status: heading to Microsoft AppSource; early access by email (hello@getpmopilot.com). Not affiliated with Microsoft. ## What it does - Reads unstructured text (notes, emails, transcripts) and extracts tasks, dates, owners, status and dependencies; every inferred date is shown for review before anything is inserted. - Imports Excel/CSV with common column names (task, start, finish, owner, status, % complete, predecessors) without column mapping; spreadsheets are read on the user's computer. - Lays out labels so they do not overlap; swimlanes, dependencies, baselines and a Today line. - Smart-Lock: labels moved or colors changed by hand survive data updates. - Critical path: follows dependencies back from the finish and outlines the driving chain in red. - Split across slides: one slide per workstream, or pages of rows that fit, all on the same timescale. - Download CSV: the plan (tasks, dates, owners, status, baselines, dependencies) as a file Excel or MS Project can open. Imports recognise MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet and Asana column names. - Applies the deck's theme fonts and colors, or a palette read from a company website. - Program layer: scenarios (what-if plans), plan vs actual, monthly program review slide, status slide, executive summary, FMEA risk table. - 32 program diagrams that calculate: workstream totals and critical path (IPS board, CPM), weighted decision scores, risk ratings, RACI checks, value-stream lead time. ## Plans (USD, launch pricing) - Free: $0 — unlimited timelines from Excel/CSV, 3 AI timelines and 10 AI edits a month, 15 timeline looks, 12 diagrams (at least one per category), Smart-Lock. - Pro AI allowance: 100 AI timelines and 300 AI edits a month (lifetime licence: 50 / 150). - Pro · monthly: $12 (Cancel anytime) - Pro · annual: $99 (Save 31%) - Pro · lifetime: $249 (Pay once, all future templates, 50 AI timelines a month) - 7-day Pro pass: $9 (For one big deck, no subscription) - Team · per user / year: $180 (Min. 3 seats, shared brand kits) - 14-day Pro trial for new users; 30-day money-back on annual and lifetime plans; code SWITCH50 for people switching from another timeline add-in; 50% off for education and non-profits. ## Privacy Timeline data is stored inside the PowerPoint file. Text sent for AI parsing is used only for that request, not stored, and not used to train models.
