Terms of Use (EULA)
1. Agreement
By installing or using PMO Pilot you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf.
2. The service
PMO Pilot creates and updates timeline slides in PowerPoint and offers optional AI features. Features, limits and plans are described at getpmopilot.com/pricing. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
3. Plans and payment
The free plan includes a limited number of AI generations per month. Paid plans are billed [monthly or annually] through [PAYMENTS PROVIDER] and renew until cancelled. [Refund policy.] [Taxes.] You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you provide and to the slides you create. You grant us only the rights needed to process your content to provide the features you request. See the Privacy Policy for how content is handled.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use PMO Pilot to break the law, infringe others' rights, submit content you have no right to share, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or exceed usage limits by automated means.
6. AI output
AI-generated timelines can contain mistakes, including wrong dates. Review results before relying on or presenting them. You are responsible for the content you present.
7. Disclaimer
PMO Pilot is provided "as is" [to the extent permitted by law], without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability

9. Termination
You may stop using PMO Pilot at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms. Timelines already in your presentations remain yours and continue to work as ordinary PowerPoint shapes.
