PMO Pilot, a Microsoft PowerPoint add-in by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] · Effective [EFFECTIVE DATE]

PMO Pilot ("the add-in", "we") turns project notes, emails, spreadsheets and similar text into timeline slides made of native PowerPoint shapes. This policy explains what information the add-in handles, why, and what choices you have. It applies to the PMO Pilot add-in and to the PMO Pilot service it connects to.

3. How we use information

Only to provide the features you request (creating and editing timelines, reading brand colours), to keep the service secure and reliable, to prevent abuse (for example rate limiting), and [to manage your subscription and usage limits — add when accounts launch]. We do not use your content for advertising.

4. AI processing

AI features are provided by Anthropic through its commercial API. Your text is sent to Anthropic only to generate the requested result. [VERIFY AGAINST ANTHROPIC'S CURRENT COMMERCIAL TERMS AND DATA-RETENTION POLICY BEFORE PUBLISHING, and describe their retention period here.] AI output can be wrong: the add-in shows every date it inferred so you can check it before anything is added to your slide.

5. Service providers

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments.

6. Security

All connections to our service use HTTPS. AI provider credentials are kept on our servers and never sent to your device. Website addresses you submit are fetched only if they are public; private and internal network addresses are refused.

7. Your choices and rights

You can use table import and all layout and styling features without sending any text to us. You can remove PMO Pilot data from a presentation by deleting the timeline shapes and slide. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal information; contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we will respond within [30] days.

8. Children

PMO Pilot is a business productivity tool and is not directed at children under 16.

9. International transfers

Our service and providers may process information in the United States and other countries. [Describe transfer safeguards, e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses, if you serve users in the EU/UK.]

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date. Material changes will be highlighted in the add-in.
