When to use it

Steering committees and executives who want the shape of the plan, not the detail.

How to use it in PMO Pilot

  1. Keep it to 5–10 items, or switch View to Exec summary to show phases and key milestones only.
  2. Pick Executive Minimal.
  3. Hide owners under Tasks (bars) if names distract.

Tip: One message per slide — put the ask in the Subtitle (Title & text).
